This was my first time, visiting- I stopped into the dealership with unexpected car trouble and the Seth in the service department immediately accommodated me and provided me a loaner car for the day. Later in the day I returned to the dealership to pick up my car and was met by Rich Liammari (Client Advisor) who educated me on a car that I had my eye on. Jack Hojnacki is knowledgeable and professional. He helped me surprise my wife with a new convertible. My bride thought we were just "window shopping" ...Jack had her new ride prominently displayed on the showroom floor with a huge red bow and a sign that said Happy Birthday Diane! His friendship continued past the sale and each time we visit for service, he always takes to time to stop by and chat.

I just picked up a 2018 BMW M2 in Long Beach blue. Originally, I was undecided between the m240i and M2. I was on truecar website and requested more information. Chris is the best! Very knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all. I will recommend him to all my family and friends. Just sorry I didn't meet him sooner and I wasted my time at other dealerships.

Carlos is a high-energy guy who really knows his stuff. An extremely knowledgeable service advisor with hands-on experience in the industry. He did a great job today getting me set up with new tires for my 2014 BMW 320i and also running some other service checks while it was in. He and Greg jumped through hoops to get the job done to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion. They delivered on their promises. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The salesman (Richard Liammari) showed the used car I was interested in, gave me all the details of the car and the dealership. After negotiations and the and the purchase was as painless as I have every had at any dealership. The Business manger was new but he was very knowledgeable and professional in his work.

It was Friday, I was driving across Alligator Alley when a light came up on my dashboard that 1 of my tires was low. Long story short, with another trip across Alligator Alley in my immediate future, Gregg (the service manager) had me come in Monday morning. With access for a car for me, my car was fixed and reprogrammed by Tuesday morning so that I could feel safe while traveling. Thank you!
