I had a problem with my 750 LI and they were insistent that they would find and resolve the problem. They gave me a BMW to drive while my car was in service and they kept me updated on what was happening with the car. They gave me an estimated time to resolve the problem and when it went over the time they explained why. The service Manager drove the car with me so that he could understand where the problem was with the car. They were in constant communication with BMW Corporate to solve the problem.
We came to the dealership to check on new BMW SUVs since our 2008 model lease runs out in August. BUT, I spied a used Mercedes in the "used" lot and inquired about that instead. Moe came right out and was very helpful, not pushy and easy to work with. I bought the car! We've bought a few cars over the years from this dealership (BMWs) and always been pleased with our purchases.
Salesman spent the time to identify the right automobile that meet our needs within our price perimeters. I had to trade in my 2003 Ford Explorer V8. In order to make the transaction work he went the extra mile to find a buyer in the Mideast where my V8 was still in demand. Love the car! We have purchased 3 BMWs, two of which were in California. BMW of Sarasota - best dealer of the three.
Bruno and Jeff were great. They made buying a car very easy, and painless. I can't say enough about them and everyone at the dealership. I would definitely recommend all my friends to buy a car from them. Itnwas a pleasure and I intend to buy many more cars from them.
Excellent service from the time we walked through the door. The salesman was kind and took his time. He answered all our questions. He was not pushy at all. He gave us the information we needed to make our decision to buy the car we were looking for.
Mo and the sales Manager greeted us in a upbeat friendly manner and both were very professional. There facility was very clean, finance mgr. was also very upbeat and friendly. We traveled 70 miles and would do it again. My car is beautiful and they did everything and above we asked them to do. Great experience
The engine service light came on and Kyle knew we were scheduled to travel in the next several days. He asked me to bring the car in for service that morning 5/10. I am approximately 1 hour away. The dealer provided me with a loaner and completed the repairs by the next afternoon 5/11.
Nice sales representative, nice experience overall. I am very happy with my new X5 the color was exactly the color I was looking for. the Financial departament was very nice and fast the sales representative gave me feedback during the process and help me in everything.
