"Service associate kept me up to date on status. You were..." Service associate kept me up to date on status. You were not able to have my tire replaced on Saturday so he let me know it would be done on Monday for sure which was the case. Courtesy car was not good, many dents and smelled like a smoker had owned it.

"The service advisor expressed no knowledge of how a 2002..." The service advisor expressed no knowledge of how a 2002 M3 major service including valve adjustment would be done. He made me feel that the incorrect or incomplete service eould be provided by BMW of Sarasota. Also A $140 charge for a pair of wiper blades was outrageous. The replacement blades are available for less than $30 and take less than 5 minutes to snap on.

The sales manager was typical in giving me a bad deal at first and forcing me into the usual uncomfortable back and forth price fight. Eventually we got to a deal but the price discovery process with this dealership and most others is awful.

Also loaner/rental was given with about 1/8 tank of gas. I returned it with the same and was charged $49. This was also not resolved by Hertz or service advisor.
