Never disappointed I have purchased four cars from MW and had them all serviced at MW of Barrington. Can't say enough about how well they treat me. The pick up my cars from the metra station and deliver them back prior to my return from the city. They know how to treat a good customer and that keeps me coming back.
Best experience buying a car (smooth process) This was my second car purchased at Motor Werks Barrington, this time I had to order the car from the Mercedes Benz plant in Germany and thanks to Sebastian Stankiewicz at MW Barrington, the process went flawless .He was very helpful in the whole process, keeping me up to date with the latest news regarding my car. Smooth process and painless experience. We purchased a new Infiniti this month and we headed back to Motor Werks in Barrington where we had purchsed our previous car and had had a great experience. We checked out their BMW and Benz selection as well but gravitated towards Infiniti. We went there several times and all the sales people we interacted with were helpful. Honda Service Motor Werks is excellent. They have made me aware of service bulletins to reduce the cost of service as well as doing professional quality repairs.
Cadillac Buying Experience We purchased a two year old Cadillac DTS from Motor Werks a month ago and we have never been more satisfied with a car dealer. The car had a couple of nicks from the previous owner and the Motor Werks sales and service departments made all the repairs and made our used Cadillac like new. Our first visit to their service dept. was great and we really feel like they are interested in our TOTAL satisfaction and furture business.
