Service on my 2008 ML320 CDI Disheartened by the incompetence in the service staff at Motorwerks of Barrington-Mercedes. Could not diagnose nor fix my Mercedes after having it for a week. It’s your own product. Had no problem charging me though for the time you spent NOT figuring out the problem. How is it you cannot fix your own product and what do I do now???? When asked your service staff said I don’t know. That’s a great answer. I will never buy another Mercedes and you will never ever service my Porsche.

Disappointed with shopping experience I stopped into this dealership with an associate of mine. We were both disappointed with the quality of the cars, for the price they were asking. A prospective buyer would have expected a higher quality vehicle for the prices they were asking. Very disappointing experience!

Bad salesman, good dealership. I've bought a few cars at MotorWerks throughout the years. Was looking at a Macan and was supposed to work with Salmaan. He came off very cold and rude. He told me that he's used to selling $150,000+ vehicles and that he was waiting for someone to come for a GT3. The guy showed up and Salmaan went to to him so he could get his sale. ALL AROUND POOR SERVICE My whole experience with Motowerks in Barrington has been terrible, horrible and below standard for this type of establishment. I can forgive anything if the reason for lack of efficiency is reasonable but with these guys it's not. I bought my E350 over a year ago. I live in Chicago and of course you need front and rear plates. My car didn't have rear plates. Started negative - ended positive My wife and I went in to complete purchase of 2016 Lexus. All was complete except for meeting with Linda to finalize paperwork. Wait took a very long time...too long. It seems there was a backup to meet with Linda. My the time we sat down with Linda we were impatient and frustrated. By the time we finished paperwork Linda had reversed our entire mindset. She had my wife and I relaxed and laughing. That is a true skill. End of process all wen well and we were happy.

Bad car service, unprofessional customer service 50k car service on my 2013 BMW 528 was carelessly done on April 10th. Besides some other misses (spilled fuel that smelled for a week), my car was damaged, actually scratched (multiple scratches) during the few hours of service that day. When I arrived at the dealership the service agent took the video of my car with his cell phone, to make sure the car is not scratched or damaged before the service. The car was spotless.
