Misleading webpages This dealership is inconsistent with how they lost the transmission of their cars. They currently have multiple Porsche 911s listed that they call "manual" but that are clearly automatic based on having PDK listed as an option and having an automatic gear selector in the photos. It's not as though they're taking the stand that PDK is an "automated manual" either, since other PDK cars are listed as automatic.

Went in to see a used car The salesman James Ramirez was very nice and polite. I went to check out a used Mitsubishi EVO. The car was nice from the outside. However the oil was low by a full quart and they had no idea the car had this horrid noise coming from the drivers side front wheel. Needless to say it wasn't the car for me. A heads up to the dealer, the first thing this customer checks is the oil.
Dont bring your mother here! they will try and sell her too if they think they can get a buck more. Had deal worked out at 630 pm fri. made appt to execute papers 10am Sat. Got call at 9 they sold the vehicle to another person. Make sure you get everything in writing.

Tipical "used" car dealer experience Very pushy sales manager who are not trustworthy. There staffs don't respect your time and customer services to customers who buy cars out of state.

Horrible Overall Experience My mom purchased a Mercedes SUV here, and it was all a nightmare after buying. Her brakes began screeching extremely loud, and was told there was nothing could be done. CAR SOLD "ACCIDENTALLY" - Deal made, deposit left Had a deal on a car. Ran the financing, agreed on a price, GAVE THEM A DEPOSIT. Next day was pick up day. I received a call from a manager that my vehicle was "accidentally sold to someone else". I call BULL. You got a better deal? UNETHICAL!
Take your money elsewhere I wouldn't suggest doing business here, Especially with salesmen Mark Smith. I had a confirmed appointment with Mark Smith to purchase a vehicle. I lugged my 2 year old an hour and a half, just to show up and be told by Mark that he sold the car I came to purchase. car repair aweful customer service- my car was towed there so 1st week lost my car, 2nd week they lost mykeys, and no one knew nothing about my car. i asked for a manager and he tries to patronize me. i bought this car from them and in a yrs time the trans goes out.1st they say its a selenoid for $400. so ok they do it and car still doesnt work, now they tell me it needs a new transmission at $5000.which is more then 1/2 of what i paid. or they can sell me a used trans for 1/2.you ripped me off seeing me a car plagued with p... read more
