Car Started with Help From Motorwerks I was stranded in a parking lot with my large dog as the FOB wasn't working so car would not start. I mistakenly changed the battery out a few days ago with wrong ones. After calling emergency roadside service, I called Motorwerks to inquire about the correct battery. Rob answered the call and walked me through pressing the red button with the FOB instead of my finger. That worked. Bait and switch: wasted our time! We called first to ensure availability, which they did as they said they checked. When we got there, waited over 30 minutes before being shown anything when they said all the cars we originally wanted to see were no longer available! Wasted 1.5 hours of a day off there. Will not shop there again.

Really? No Loaners Available Made appointment days in advance for repair and a loaner. Arrived on time and was told they are "out of loaners". Waited over an hour and they offered to give me a ride home and return my car to my home. They called a LYFT - that is not giving me a ride that is ordering me transportation. And...I now do not have a vehicle. They told me they were all going crazy because their loaner cars were not returned. Oil change and tire rotation Came To Honda Motor Werks in Barrington, IL for tire rotation, later discovered missing wheel lock on one of tires. Came back to fix problem as I was told . Rudely was handed the missing part and ask to leave and replaced it by myself .

Bad communication Would not go here they lie and dont even have a fax machine they tell you the car is avaiable when its not just to get you to go there

We understand it can be disappointing when a vehicle of interest sells before you could reschedule a missed appointment. All vehicles remain available until a buyers agreement is signed. Scheduling an appointment does not hold the vehicle. We do advise our customers when scheduling for a future date that this is always a possibility. Say anything to get you to their dealership Spoke with dealership 3 times. Twice yesterday and once this morning. Had a 2 hour drive to come buy the car. Last night they said they’d have the car ready for me at 11 a.’m. So before leaving for my 2 hour drive I asked if the car was still available. They told me it was and I made way to their dealership. Once I arrive they inform me they had sold the car the night before and pretended they had never heard of me. Beyond disappointed and angry with this dealership.

2016 Lexus NX 200t (VIN JTJYARBZ8G2045263 n late Dec. 2019, I purchased a 2016 Lexus NX 200t with less than 21,000 miles for under $25K (great price -- there's a catch)...two days after my purchase the check engine light came on.
