Terrible Experience I had a terrible experience with this dealership when I was searching for a car. Sales people and finance were terrible. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Terrible Experience Horrible experience would not recommend. They did not even go out of there way to help me since I was only buying a used Mercedes.

BMW X6M Recall repairs I brought my car in for 4 recall repairs. The schedule process and a loaner were smooth and good. I asked to inflate the tires to 40 PSI as it will get colder soon, so the pressure will drop. They called to say the car is ready and wanted to know when will I pick it up. I confirmed that I will pick it up by 5pm and they said it will be washed and ready. When I came there exactly at 5pm, the car was not ready and only after I waited ~ 10 min, I was told they need to clean and wash it. I had to wait 30 m... read more

Unprofessional & Poor Customer Service I agreed to leasing terms with Motor Werks and was given a delivery date. After the delivery date was pushed back I was informed that earlier in the week the car was delivered and sold by a different dealer. Motor Werks failed to track their inventory and should of been more informative. I was sure other dealers had the model/make/color but they told me they could not see that information in their system. Toyota FJ Cruiser BASE I had not the best time trying to trade-in my used car with them. First of all it looks not too serious to me when they proposed very ridiculous price for my car. It was significantly less then similar proposition on market. They were to aggressive in intention to complete deal in the same day which I arrive. Seems like they were insisting on that. BMW-Terrible Customer Service Experience I went in to BMW Motor Werks to test drive a new X1. I drove I met with a salesman, drove the car, and outlined everything I was looking for. He said he'd be in touch with availability of the color I wanted and pricing. I did not hear back. bad customer service I was invited to see a car and when I get there ,I was told that the car I am interested in have some big issues , i was offered a discount ,but not satisfied with it ,because I lost my time to drive 1 hour and find out that the car is broken , don`t go there ,they don`t want to work things out, why don`t you tell me upfront that the car is broken .
