7 SERIES BMW I WAS LOOKING FOR A CERTIFIED PRE OWNED BMW 7 SERIES AND I FOUND ONE THAT MET MY NEEDS AT MOTORWERKS BARRINGTON. WHAT I EXPECTED VS WHAT I EXPERIENCED FROM A BMW DEALER DID NOT MATCH. IT FELT AS IF I WAS AT ONE OF THOSE NON BRANDED DEALERSHIPS WHERE THE ONLY THING THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT IS THE SALE. ALSO, DO NOT ASSUME THAT A CPO CAR IS WITH OUT FAULTS. LOOK IT OVER CAREFULLY. Never again Wow. Wired the cash, had a service pick up the car the next day. Car arrived in Ohio with no temporary tag. Nice to look at , but had to park it in my garage!! Next day, got a call that, Ooops, we needed to complete papers to get a tag. Ok. Completed the papers, (no paid return envelope) and paid to have them expedited. Next week, Monday through Thursday, nothing. Made it to Friday and called. Ooops, our papers were sitting, unopened on a desk of a vacationing employee! (Still looking at the car in garage.) Good Job I appreciate the fact that I came in without an appointment with a tire problem and they did not hesitate to take the car, fix the problem and my wait time was less than an hour. I have had this same response for several other issues over the years. Thank you.

The best ! I know that every time I come to this dealership I will be treated well. My car will be repaired and checked for any possible problems. They did find leaking seals which will prevent larger problems in the future. I have been very satisfied with my purchases and repairs for the past 10 years.

Poor Customer Service/Rude Employees I recently went into Mortorweks and was thoroughly annoyed by the lack of customer service in the Accessories Department. When the young man (Mark Grace or Mike Grace?) wasn't on his phone texting, he was staring at my chest! I was so insulted that I later sent in my son to pick up my car. This is not acceptable behavior or customer service!

Straight Talk Rudy Baum was excellent as usual, but value of vehicle I sold to MW was reduced by $1,000 by the sales manager from the prior verbally agreed value and the time I actually delivered the vehicle, and picked up my new Boxster. This was unacceptable, and deeply resented by a long term customer who has purchased at least 20 automobiles from MW--(1 BMW, 3 Mercedes, and the remainder Porsche's from the day you opened your doors in Barrington. MW reconsidered, and paid the additional $1,000, but the damage was done.
