Recent Service - Jo Ann Black I purchased new tires besides having a transmission problem fixed. They forgot to replace a light. I'm still getting a "light out" warning. I'm not sure I'm completely satisfied with the new tires. My car does not handle well at all on this little bit of snow we've had. They get no traction whatsoever. It's a scary feeling. Steve Crane was wonderful and helped me a lot.
Check & Snow Tire Mounting Motorwerks is an excellent operation with excellent people and pleasent facilities. My only reservation is pricing which, in my opinion is often very high. THe charge for mounting my snow tires was very high and I will unfortunately have to use another provider in the future.
Follow-up Review Todate, your Motor Werks/BMW "Road Force" machine balancing has completely cured my M5's nagging out-of-balance. However, with today's colder temps, await further driving to validate total fix. (last winter was consistently worse as temps. dropped). But the improvements to date are somewhat miraculous compared to two years of balancing failures at other facilities.

Not the way to treat a long time customer We have purchased multiple BMWs from Motorwerks. Their pricing has always been high (or trade value low) but after shopping around they then get their pricing to be competitive. This time, they had good pricing for in stock 5 series' which included a significant mfg. rebate. Still trying to figure out why that car was there? I had pretty high hopes that the Lexus GS I was going to look at was a nice ride. First, the sales manager was determined to send it to auction before I even came to see it. The salesman had to haggle with the guy to even keep it on the lot long enough for me to see. Drove off in a car, but not with a smile! I recently purchased a vehicle from the Cadillac and Saab dealer located on Cook St. I originally was dealing with the used car manager, but was unavailable at the time of purchase so the deal was lead by another associate which I had no problem with.
