The staff are all amazing as soon as you walk in you are welcomed with with warm smiles and hellos and they are all willing to help you. Customer service is by far the best especially my service advisor Nicole Ellender she listens to you and actually is mindful of your needs and what your car needs. Can’t say enough about this dealership. LOVE THEM !

Our positive experience at this BMW dealer heavily weighs on the service department, more specifically our service advisor John Sojdei. All cars require maintenance and upkeep, and we typically cringe at taking a car into “any” dealer for service. We've had excellent experiences w/ both sales and service at Classic. Milaad Naderi and John Sojdei are car dudes, and it shows in their knowledge of BMWs.
