Very poor service. Loan car department and advisor follow up was awful. No loan cars, so we had to get one from enterprise. Our advisor didn’t let us know that we would be charged for the enterprise car after one day. Didn’t answer any phone call for 2 days. Left at least 5 voicemails for him, the service manager, and the dealership, no response until evening 2 days later. Got charged $200 from enterprises for their “loan car”. They said our water pump needed to be replaced and was gonna charge us $2700. Ridiculous. Called a... read more

This dealership has horrible service. I've had my car serviced here 3-4 times since I purchased it in 2019. Each time the service continues to decline. I dread making an appointment every time with them. I didn't buy this car from their dealership so not sure if this is why I receive such terrible service. So...today I took it in for routine oil change and vehicle check. They stated my warranty/maintenance plan was under someone else's name . Want the employees of the business you just bought a $55,000+ car from to call you poor... then Classic BMW is the dealership for you! But wait! The dealership will even contact you and ask YOU to remove the post that makes their employee look bad! Oh, and they’ll sell you a $5,000 warranty then tell you it doesn’t cover anything when your engine dies!

Service department advisor Joe Ellis has failed me three particular times. Rather than replacing my battery, the battery was just charged and returned to die again 7 days later. Luckily BMW of Dallas has rescued my car and will replace the battery which is what should have been done two months ago. 😡

Do not use a loaner car at this dealership. They are trying to claim damages to my insurance for damages that did not occur in my possession. Beware!

We were getting ready to leave town for a mini vacation when tire pressure light turned on. Closest thing was discount tire. They showed us 2 nails in the same tire, and no tire in stock. Called Jeremy, told him our situation and he said to come over. Thank goodness for run flat tires. He was waiting to check us in, tire was in stock, and we were in and out quick. Thanks Jeremy and Classic for saving the day!

Horrible experience. Same issue needed to come into the shop 3 separate times. Refused to help me dispatch a tow truck. Lastly damaged the inside of my driver door and zero communication. Asked to speak with a manager and that did not happen either.

The lack of professionalism and follow-through is appalling. Willingness to ensure the integrity of the brand is little to none. Extending basic human decency and empathy does not exist at this location. Ladies, beware as well...I believe much of this wouldn't have occurred had I had a male with me. They will take advantage!
