I've never had a good experience here. It's to the point that I'd rather drive to Grapevine. They gouge on prices, aren't honest with issues and never return calls.
No STARS! The dealership and owners should be ashamed of themselves with trying to rip people off! I had an appointment last Saturday to get the tires rotated on my leased 2017 BMW 320i (which the service is more expensive than Dallas BMW btw) due to a front wheel alignment issue. The sunroof seal on my 2018 BMW 530i which I got back in June is starting to rot and deteriorate. Byron Gabriel, the service advisor who attempted to assist me told me it was just dirty and needed to be cleaned. He offered a complimentary "detail" to clean the sunroof area to show that it was not an issue. I accepted and told him I still believe the sunroof seal needs to be replaced. Had my new X5 for less than a year and was driving my child to school this morning. My BMW completely died while driving in the middle of the street for no apparent reason. Used my paid-for roadside assistance in the car and had to wait TWO hours for a tow truck that BMW claimed they were dispatching immediately. Once at the dealership received really poor customer service and they didn’t even have a loner to give me. Made me go to Enterprise. I’m so utterly disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Classic BMW in Plano is THE WORST car dealership I have EVER worked with. I’ve been swindled and treated like crap from the moment I purchased my car in December 2016. The service department has terrible communication skills, an inability to address underlying issues with my vehicle and always is quick to charge me for something without even taking care of the actual problem (going on A YEAR now that I have an electrical short causing different headlight bulbs to malfunction which has not been handled). Dangerous and Illegal Practices! Ron Williamson the Advisor will damage your car and deny deny deny! They delivered my car after service with a broken ebrake after service. It wasn’t till I already picked it up and drove back to work. I’m so thankful that I wasn’t at home and parking on in my driveway. Think of what would have happen if my wife or kids were behind my car and it rolled over them because of the gross negligences of the mechanic and advisor!!! If you're looking for a particular BMW model I do not recommend Classic BMW. Their team of sale people are not helpful or willing to put in the work to find the right vehicle.

Brought our car in for service and warranty issues. Warranty issues ( tire going flat once or twice a week, Vanity light staying on) they fixed the vanity light and said there is know issue with the tires. Now it’s a week later and tires still losing air and you can clearly see the broke belts in the side wall of the tires!!! For being a high end car dealer ship that does not take care of the customer during service I’m surprised they are still open.
