Slow. Unresponsive. Disorganized. Absolute worst service. I brought my car in over a year ago to get serviced, when I got it back my cup holders were missing. They have ordered and lost the parts so many times. They promise to call me back with updates but nobody ever does. Service dept passes me to parts dept who then pass me to Samantha my acct manager. I loved Classic for years. I sent many feiends to buy BMWs and parts. However, the past 3 months have been terrible aside from the wonderful parts team and service team. My warranty was up and decided to get another CPO. I told them i wanted a specific car. They valued my trade in and I was in shock on the low ball but i understood. I own a bmw 425i that’s in the repair shop currently. I have a sensor out and was quoted 500.00 for the sensor. I called the service department today to verify the price. Employee named sandy absolutely refused to give me the price on the part and debated with me that I needed to be a shop to even call about the part when all I asked was how much the part would cost me. My brother went in there tonight and the lady wouldn't even made contact. Unfortunate for the sales person since it would been a non financed car. Way to treat people with respect!! I always thought BMW is for a certain type of person which is high maintenance. Thanks for the sterotype!! Classic BMW of plano is lacking customer service for an over price car..

This dealership has once again proved to me how bad their customer service is. For some reason you cannot post pictures on these reviews. However I had my car towed to BMW on Saturday! This morning I called and stated that my tire blew out due to it having a nail in it and I believed it would be covered under my warranty for my tires. Bryon told me there wasn't enough tread on the tire so it wouldn't be covered. I feel like they just really tell you anything not to cover it. Took my car in for airbag recall ! Came back out tell me the airbag light is not covered and it would cost me $179 to get it checked out The parts that they had to replace a believer $176 “coincidence” I have tried to talk to many people I have left phone call after phone call I have contacted BMW I have contacted the recall center and no response I believe if I took my car to have the brakes done in the brake light comes on that it’s all one component I don’t get how they say it separate
