I’ve always trusted Classic BMW and my Service advisor Chip Koestler to get repairs done right on my 2010 X5. I picked up my vehicle today after $2K worth of repairs and it doesn’t seem like any repairs were done. It still takes me 4-5 times to start the vehicle with the high pitch noise. I’d really like a refund because the problem STILL EXISTS.

Everytime I come here they want to overcharge you for everything. I can’t get my trunk to open and they want to charge me $179 to break into it! Ridiculous My suitcase is back there with things like Rx that I have to get to. Terrible customer service, they act like they don’t even care.

Business response:

Sean, Please know that I take your feedback seriously, and I regret to learn that you think we overcharge for our services. I would appreciate the chance to connect with you and discuss your situation further. When you have a moment, could you contact me? Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon. Best regards, John K, General Manager.

Replacing a convertible top for a customers BMW Z4. Had 2 employees give me a price for the convertible top kit and even showed parts diagram so I paid for and purchased to order. When received part it was only a cloth top not the kit. The kit was about $3500 more then original price. Only option was to return the top and tell my customer sorry. On top of that 7 out of 10 calls to the parts department will go to voicemail or just go silent. Will be taking my business to BMW of dallas in the future.

After spending $859 on new clutch and then bending the warranty over backwards for new transmission. Took 30+ days to get car fixed and huge scrap on back rocker panel and busted rear view mirror base. Missing toe covers on bumper. Car runs with like it can’t breath now. Spent $750 on a BMW tune and I have to take it to find another BMW dealership to find out if i was sold sugar water and they actually did the tune. Until General Management makes this right if ever I say avoid this dealership. Fortunately, I have a dash cam ... read more

Customer service is terrible! Came in today to look at a X1 & X3 but employees didn’t have time to assist my husband & I. An employee was standing at the desk & didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. I asked the receptionist if someone could answer a couple questions & she even had an attitude.

Business response:

So sorry Beth, what can I do for you? We have a fantastic dealership, we just fell short on you, I apologize. John K

I’ve had my car for about 9 months and it’s been in the shop so many times. More issues than my last 6 cars combined. To top it all off, last visit they lost me car. Yup, took about 40 minutes for them to actually find my car. When I balk at the $160 oil change, he comes back with ok how about $99. So they were cool with screwing me out of the additional $60?
