Took my 650 in for a appointment I scheduled. Four days later, the service lady told me my car was getting washed and almost ready for pick up. My receipt also stated it was to be washed and vacuumed. Picked up my coupe, it was neither washed or vacuumed, my fire pressure wasn't even up to BMW standard. It questions or my services was even performed! I highly wouldn't recommend! I wouldn't even recommend a BMW! Definitely sticking to Mercedes! Too many drivetrain malfunctions!
The worse customer serviste I had to bring my car back twice now in less than 6 months because of an engine light after coming in for service. The first time I didn’t need a loan however this time I figured will be better than me waiting while I had the flue, the manager of the shop told me she was not able to lean me a car because she couldn’t read my license, I have an international license which I travel and rent cars in three different countries for work. I took someone in and the experience was so unpleasant and I will never purchase here and don’t recommend it sales experience was horrible after I had so many other choices I brought her here and got treated poorly
So I took my hubbys car in for an oil change and state inspection. I made an appt and everything! Got to my appt on time and guess what my service advisor took his lunch break??? Well ok then. Luckily someone else was able to help me. I guess when my advisor came back from lunch he called to tell me the car wouldn't pass inspection because the two front tires needed to be replaced because the tread was low and the back ones were close. Very poor customer service from upper management. When things go wrong they disappear! When they finally step up they make a rediculous and offensive offer via a TEXT message! Who does that?!
I bought a BMW X5 40e at the end of December 2016 from Classic BMW in Plano. My car has spent more then 90 days in the shop for repairs for various electrical malfunctions. The most recurring issue is the gas tank locking. Often I would go to gas up and the tank door will not release Classic BMW has worked on this at least 5 times. Please give yourself a favor and come here instead of the Dallas BMW. Dallas once told me I need this and that for my car but when I went to Plano, i need nothing! I even asked twice and went there twice to make sure my car doesn't need the service Dallas BMW was claiming and Plano BMW told me i don't need it.
