Absolutely horrible customer service in their service department. Let’s start with “$189 diagnostic fee” when I told them the gas cap had been loose on my son’s X5. While it was there I also asked the to change out the rear light assembly (as we had already done one side before). They came back with a $104 charge to change the light bulb. Then once I realized they didn’t know what they were doing. I called to pay my bill and have my son pick it up after hours. The service department could use much help with truly being customer service. I love my BMW but I will be trading it in and not purchasing another because purchasing one would mean having it serviced at Classic and after 3 years of headaches I will not do it again.

we have had 2 service appointments... bot have been bad experiences... especially when you compare to sewell. when you pay a price that we are told is non negotiable at classic bmw then you would assume the great service they brag about. sadly today again we got pushed around as if we never made an appointment. at sewell you felt special and offered drinks and cookies today my wife's service person went home early and had no one knowledgeable of why she brought car in to help. a person took her car reluctantly and then she h... read more

Buyers beware of Classic BMW’s false advertisement. Back in 2016, this Dealer presented false advertisement to me in order for me to purchase the Platinum (the highest level) Extended Vehicle Protection for $3,300. I was told at the time of purchase, that the Platinum Level would be comparable to the original 4-year manufacturer warranty, from bumper to bumper. When Classic BMW of Plano had our 750Li in for service, they seized the engine. They referred us to BMWNA. We are being bounced back and forth for more than 2 months with no definitive answers and we cannot get the GM to respond or intervene on our behalf. We have purchased two other vehicles from this dealership and while our service advisor, Ron Williamson is TOP NOTCH, his hands are tied. Stay away from this dishonest dealership. I leased an X3, 3 years ago — as my lease was near completion I went in and ordered a new X3 to lease again. I dealt with Brett Warren — we agreed on purchase price, signed the paperwork and I put my deposit down. It took about a month for my vehicle to be built and shipped. During this time, Brett didn’t make any effort to keep me informed — I had to ask him twice to check the status of my vehicle. Classic BMW refused to fix an issue under warranty that caused my windows to open unexpectedly. When the windows opened and the car collected rain overnight, instead of fixing the issue and cleaning the car, they closed the windows and left it parked for two weeks, so that it developed a musty smell. Then they tried to charge me for the loaner car I had to use for an extended period because they wouldn’t fix my car. It wasn’t the first time I had poor service at Classic.
