I'm a small business owner, my lease on my BMW was up, economy is not great right now, I got a call from Thomas to come down and look at some car. Thomas got me a great deal on a Certified pre-owned BMW. Igal Tadjiev was very professional and provided us with a very good customer service. However the whole process of picking up the car was too long, it would be muhc nicer experince if i wouldnt have have to wait that long.

Drew was friendly, knowledgable and fair. He answered all of my questions and even others that I should have been asking! I just bought my second car within 6 months from Drew. I just knew he had my back the minute I went back. Drew can be a character, but all in the good sense. He wants his customers happy no matter what. The sales experience on my recent 328i purchase was outstanding from start to finish. I had very specific requirements for my car, and while the combination I needed (convertible with manual transmission) wasn't available at the dealer, they helped me in every way possible to craft the perfect special order for my needs. After searching for my car online, I was connected to Thomas over the phone by the dealership when I called in to inquire about my car. Thomas was very helpful, considerate, knowledgable, and went over and beyond to make the sale happen in a positive fashion. I was buying the car from Connecticut and he even met me 40 minutes away from the dealership to personally pick me up.
