Had a minor issue with a sales person which is being resolved by the new Sales manager who is extremly helpeful. I love my 335!
This is the second time I've gone to Open Road for my BMW. The customer service is excellent. My sales person was great. He was easy do deal with and extremely accommodating I find they go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Very pleased with this dealership AND MY NEW CAR!!

Me and wife just leased a brand new bmw 3 series and we are so glad that we had Tony as our rep at Open road. He was very patient and understanding. My husband and I visited Open Road because we were originally thinking of purchasing an Audi and wanted to take a look at comparable BMW models. Igal was pleasant to work with. I felt that he genuinely appreciated me as a customer and did all he could to gain my business. At the end, I felt like I got a good deal, which is what it's mainly about as a customer.
Thomas Leis, has the characteristics needed to sell BMW products also he creates an important relationship with his cutomers. Every place I have always purchased or leased a vehicle has been hastle in negociation and hours. With Thomas Leis at OPEN ROAD BMW in Edison I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was and he made possible. I was out in my 2008 BMW in less than 3hrs. Very happy with the outcome of my experience at Open Road BMW. I went in there knowing what I wanted and they tracked down the specific car I wanted with the options I wanted in no time and I had shortly after my first visit. The explanation of the car and the features it had when I picked it up were very detailed and helpful. I'm so happy with my car and cannot wait to get out of work today to drive home. My overall experience was great and I would reccomend a visit to Open Road BMW if you're in the market for a BMW.
