My previous review that should of been placed on this one was removed as I was contacted by Justin in a matter of minutes after I placed my bad review of the location in terms of Service. I had issues with my car which was coming from the rear wheel. Everything was perfect except onething; My new cell phone is not working with my new BMW blue tooth technology that was very disappointing.I never had any problems like this with my Lexus and Mercedes Benz.Bmw must improve on this problem.
We are so happy with Tony's service, He understands and took all the effort for us to get our new 5 series. He helped us from the beginning of the process till we get the car out of the door. Haven't seen any rep with all this patience and helped us throughout the process. He explained all our questions without any hesitation.
