Very happy with my purchase. David was courteous, knowledgable. He was not pushy, tried to hear what I am looking for and gave me some options. Willing to work with me to find a mutually acceptable deal. He held the car for 2wk for me so I can pick it up on the date that's best for me. Had the car all washed and ready to go. Overall, a very good professional experience. Defintely would recommend friends to come by.

Buying a new car from Open Road BMW was a pleasant experience, no where close to previous dreadful encounters with car dealers. It was really a relaxed environment and there was no pressure at any point. A lot of credit, I will give to Nitin Kalamdani for his professionalism and really friendly interaction. He was highly knowledgable about the product and extremely easy to do business with. We rate him and Open Raod BMW of Edison highly

I bought a certified used BMW and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. There was a good selection to choose from and Ahmed was very helpful in narrowing down the choices. He's also been great with follow up after the purchase.

Drew did a great job and would recommend him. He helped us out by working out the model and price we wanted. He also helped out with fixing the problem with the servicing department with our other BMW.

Mr. Jeffrees was extensive in checking stock for the vehicle our son desired, by phone and in person. Upon meeting with him, we found him to be courteous, friendly, patient and personable.

I've been going to this dealership for the past 4 years with 2 cars, neither of which I bought from the dealership (both were cars purchased from family members.) I have been treated in such an outstanding manner each and every time I've been there that I felt compelled to seek out Mr. Rich Jakubowski, the general manager of the dealership, to let him know. The only words that can truly do justice to both open Road BMW in Edison and in particular the salesman we did business with, Mr. Hamada lmasry are, "Extream Excellence and perfection"! Because jerry was honest, open and patient during the sales discussion. There was not nonsense or exaggeration that typical salesman uses. Also he was quick to respond my questions and had no problem using email for communication.
