I've purchased several cars in the past 40 years. Never have I been treated so kindly like I have at Fields. The customer service in the service department is amazing. So happy I chose Fields. My son will be purchasing his car from there soon.

Blaine helped me with a tire issue and had the whole deal handled in about 2 hours. I didnt even know that the repair and service could be performed that quickly. He really went the extra mile to make sure I knew the entire process and was comfortable with the measures taken to keep my car running great. I would recommend this dealership for any service issue.

Matt, my new service advisor was outstanding, and since I have never had the same service advisor twice I hope that he is now my advisor for all future visits. Matt was most helpful and prepare upon my arrival and when the work was completed he explained the services performed. Matt is a credit to BMW and I would encourage Fields to ensure that all service advisors meet Matt's standards.
