I was greeted immediately when I pulled my car in the shop. The waiting area was nice. Strong coffee, supply of bottled water, and made-to-order breakfast! What more could you ask for at an auto shop.

No wait for attention when I arrived and car was ready when promised. Was given new 740 as loaner!!!! This was the second service for my 760L.i and I continue to appreciate all the perks that you provide at no cost

Routine service visit for my glove box. The part was ordered and I was in and out quickly. Only minor issue was that no courtesy vehicle was available- however I booked the service last minute so that is understandable.
