My 535i had to be serviced for a bad water pump. The advisor Blane was great from start to finish. Fields BMW Winter Park is the best.

We now remember why we love this dealership so much. We brought a 745i in 2005 from here and since went on to buy other vehicles from other dealers with bad experiences at all of them. We just got another BMW X6 from Fields and we were treated like royalty. Big thanks to Reggie our sales rep. as he walked us through several options and went to work to find the one that we wanted. I don't feel as though I could recommend the dealership due to an issue with the vehicle at the time of purchase. Thought the defect had been corrected but it still persists, sadly it has left a very bad taste.
