Patti has been my advisor since 2005 at Infiniti of Orlando. So far i have purchased 3 BMW's from this dealership and Patti has been my service adviser for most of that time (I wish it had been for the full time!). Patti can always be counted on to go above and beyond. When things have gone wrong with my cars I know she's always in my corrner to make sure the repair is done correctly and to do what ever she can to have it covered by warranty. Russ is the second client adviser that I have had at Fields (both have been excellent). My first client adviser is no longer at this location and I asked Patti Rennie my Service Adviser who she'd recommend. She thought about it for a moment and then said "Russ Fowler, he's the perfect fit for you". Bought a car from these guys. Very helpful and was impressed with FREE food in the cafe. John Mantione the Gm even got me an Ice cream! Free car washes free food!?! I'm going back everyday! Thanks guys your the best. I will tell all my friends about the service there.

When I have any trouble with my X5 they are always very friendly and courteous.The service advisor is always very friendly and willing to ensure that the trouble is taken cate of. She always has a very friendly attitude and likes to talking with you to make your service visit a pleasant and stressless as possible. Richard Gaffney- is a fablous service advisor- He is always super friendly and always accomdates my service needs for my car. He is also very clear about communicating what needs to be done on the car, the time frame , cost etc. It is always a nice experience to know Richard will service my car- and I wont feel stressed about the time etc for it to be done- He is very accomdating to whatever it is. I have my vehicle since 2006 and have had it serviced several times at the Winter Park location. My service advisor Richard Gaffney has provided me with excellent customer service each time well beyond expectations. He has been very professional, very knowledgeable and has processed the work orders efficiently and so expeditiously. I do not have to wait very long for my car to be completed and be on my way. Fields BMW epitomizes what a car service experience should be. Patti has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my car was serviced properly and quickly. They have made multiple service recommendations that have saved me thousands of dollars in the long run. Patti is always incredibly responsive and friendly.
