Have had nothing less than the best Service We live 3 hours away and have 3 dealerships to choose from. Even though Little Rock is the farthest, we love the service. They go out of their way to accommodate our travel factor and they are always ready to begin as soon as we arrive. The staff are absolutely the most polite and professional I've seen in a very long time!

Oil change & tire rotation Always stellar service. Antwon got my daughter???s car in with no warning or previous appointment. Within 2 hours the oil was changed, tires rotated, filters changed & interior vacuumed.

Quality Service Very professional service work done in a very timely manner. Nice waiting area. Always get a complimentary wash with each service appointment. All employees encountered were friendly and helpful.

Not as good as Cadillac dealership. Seemed like a pretty long wait just to get basic service done. Also were going to help me with some issues I was having in setting up some personalized options (telephone,garage door opener, etc.) but did not take the time to do so. Was not overly impressed at all.

Recent Service at BMW, I had my BMW in for brake flush, oil service, and new tires. Dylan always takes care of getting my car in and out and giving me a loaner to drive. He is very courteous.

I feel that all I had good service and I love the atmosphere But one thing I do have a problem with why would somebody be investigating me while I wait on my car I mean do it do it feel like I didn't deserve to have that type of car I'm aware what when I'm at your place of business but if you ask me I will tell you everything I have I work hard for it so I feel like I don't need to be investigated when I come to a place of your business to get service for my vehicle.

BMW OF LITTLE OF ROCK FAMILY I will always recommend Rob and Tonya . That combo has made my two experience of purchase in this dealership just awesome. And every time I just go up there to purchase small Knick knacks we enjoy good conversation. The whole team is awesome. Good location. Presentable show floor. Like the bar area with water and snacks thank you . Even Dillion in services and Monte on parts. It's a family. Wouldn't have it any other way.
