Great service! Excellant service. Friendly and knowledgeable representative (Dylan Long). Timely service. Waiting area was comfortable, latte was good, newspaper and magazines were available. Car was washed!

Squeaky noise and low tire Had to go get winter air in my tires 😂. Since when the weather cooled off my tire gauge went off. I also had a noise that shows up really bad when the weather is cooler. It???s been intermittent over the last two years and very aggravating. Chris from the service department was able to drop everything and go with me on a drive to see if he could figure out what it was. They fixed it right after that and while I waited. Knock on wood but I think it???s fixed for good.

Steven Vauhn was exceptional I have zero complaints with the transaction Steven answered all of our questions and we were very pleased with the purchase of our 1st BMW. We will definitely do business here again. 1st day we showed up it was raining because that was the only day my wife and I had off. Steven had no problem greeting us in the rain. We never felt pressured and enjoyed everybody that we came in contact with including Tonya and Rob.

This BMW dealership is my jam. I loved shopping for a new BMW with this crew. I never felt pressured for anything. They're open and supportive throughout the process. I feel taken care of and listened to, which is sometimes not the case for women. I love how posh the waiting areas are, and I am completely happy to be in my car-owning relationship with them.

Excellence in all phases We recently purchased a used 528i and can't speak highly enough of the sales staff. From our salesperson, Tamika S. to her manager Eric W., they were professional and friendly and did everything they could to make our buying experience enjoyable. We've had BMWs is the past and had them serviced exclusively at BMW of Little Rock and it was the service department (lead by our advisor Antywon) that brought us back to the dealership to buy.
