"First dealership service department experience " I made my oil change appointment online. I showed up about 20 minutes early, but Chad, my Service Adviser took me right in. Their lounge area is pleasant with Wifi, good coffee and snacks. Chad had me on my way in just 25 minutes and had even washed my car!
