"Service Due! " This location always provides not only great Service overall everytime I come in for inspection and services Due but there are always extremely polite and friendly. Theres nothing really to complain about.
"Every detail addressed" Your staff took care of all of my concerns, tested my vehicle thoroughly and ended up not needing to replace anything! They are phenomenal! I trust that whenever my car needs service I will be well taken care of.
"Nancy is great" Every time I go, Nancy goes over and beyond to make my experience a good one. I used to go to Winter Park but changed to this location because of better customer service.
"Fantastic" Great experience very profesional staff the facilities nice and clean fast service always kept me posted about the work progress in my car. All staff very friendly.
"Great service" Fast service. Eric was wonderful and friendly. Oil change took less time than I thought. Even received a free carwash. My BMW deserves the best and Fields BMW is the best.
"Excellent service " I find my self new in the area of Orlando from up north. The service and attention is exceptional at fields. They were able and willing to help in every way possible. My service advisor Eric Ramos was really observative and explained everything as I needed to know.
"Tire replace " I came in for a new tire because of a nail I found in the morning .Frank was very helpful and understood that I had to be out by a certain time. Provided me with excellent customer service and make sure that if there was any questions that I had all in a timely manner.
