"They get the job done......" They play no games...you bring your car in and they perform your service with speed, quality and cleanliness.... The courtesy car washes are excellent and one of the reasons why i ended up buying my new M6 convertible at their dealership...

"Friendly staff" Everyone esp Eric ( ? ) - I'm not sure of his name but as you enter the service area office he is the guy on the right computer kiosk- were ac commodating, polite and so friendly and helpful. When Eric heard that I wanted to go to the nearest Sams club, he offered to send a driver to pick me up. Just an excellent service ! My only complain is that the gal who booked us on the phone initially told us that it will take 4 hours to get the job done but Eric said it'll only take 2 and he was right ! "No Appointment No Problem" Had water leaking into my X5 and needed to get in quick and they were able to accommodate me and fix the problem by end of business day. Ran it through the wash to test leaks and now it looks/works great.
