Greg Cola sold me a 2020 bmw Z4 and reassured multiple times that there are no scratches on the car. It arrives with bumper scratches that the towing company documented and had the bmw dealership sign off on. So we have documentation on this. Then he insulted me by offering $100 compensation when few body work professionals that I trust told me this will be at least $1000. They sell you a wheel protection program and then you unfortunately have to use it two hours later after they said it was affective immediately and you got the general manager running around screaming that you're trying to do some fraudulent activity. Interior care cost over $500 and really “doesn’t exist”. Management doesn’t return calls. Your better off going to another dealer or another nameplate all together

"Exceptionally rude CA" I had called the dealership and spoke with Tom to get a quote on 2020 X5. I explained the CA my specifications and the fact that I was not from the area, but was shopping around to get a better quote. Upon hearing that I was not from the area, Tom became exceptionally rude and said between where I live and Huntington station (where the dealer is located), there are many dealerships who can give a better price quote, and I can go with either of them.
