If you are looking to be lied to and throw your money away by a business as reputable as BMW then go here. I have never dealt with service as poorly handled as I have with BMW NORTHWEST. I took my 2007 X5 in to diagnose a message for a level malfunction on the I-Drive. I had called and scheduled a 7:45 A.M appointment for the next day. when my fiancé arrived to get my car serviced that morning, they had told him his name wasn't on the list for scheduled appointments, and that a loaner would not be given to us. On December 31st I got my Vanos assembly bolts replaced for the current recall. Additionally, I had some routine service completed with replacement wipers, new rear brakes and multipoint inspection. Got an update on current tread depth and general idea on when I need to replace original tires on my 2011 X3. Favorable interaction with Oscar before New Year's Day. Ron A.
