Hubby and I received the BEST service for our BMW X3 at BMW Northwest. Our time quote was two hours, and we were back on the road in a little more than 60 minutes. The service team was efficient and friendly. The facilities are comfortable, spaceous, and spotless. We especially enjoy the fancy coffee machine. Our minutes flew by, and I highly recommend this shop for all of your BMW service needs.

BMW "the ultimate driving machine" is an understatement, and the services is outstanding. For an individual who cares about the car as the service, BMW provides both, the best of both world. BMW gives me a luxury experience as well as luxury services which translate to a worry-free purchase/investment. I know, not only will my car be taken care of but also myself, a very important element in my decision to purchase a car, especially a BMW.

First of all let say I will never lease or finance anywhere but here for now on. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and confident. I was not pressured into making a purchase but instead Brandon went above and beyond to find the best vehicle option for my daily needs. Although I did end up getting something fast and spendy by my choice it was well worth it. Took my BMW in for service that I did Not buy at BMW NW and received awesome service. Decided to buy a new one and purchased it from them thinking I would receive the same service. I was WRONG! Once they have your money, you are no longer a priority. We live 2 hours away and had to the vehicle in for the same issue twice when they could have fixed it in the first place. Had items on our invoice we were promised but never received. They have lost our business. Hello BMW of Seattle.

This place has the absolute best customer service of not only any dealership on this planet but more so any business. From their genius team, to their ownership and management. I have been dealing with BMW Northwest for the past 7 years with my BMW's. My first experience after I purchased my first BMW was with Dave Quinn in Service. Since then, I will not work with anyone else. The customer service Dave provides is outstanding and I can be a difficult person to please. I can call Dave and leave a message on his voice mail as far as needing to schedule an appointment and when I get home that night, I have an e-mail telling me when my appointment is, with a loaner car reserved.
