Recently went in to have routine 2 hour service. Car was ready as promised and then some. What I love about getting my car serviced there is that the lobby has the best WIFI, best coffee and snack bar along with the cleanest bathrooms. Its in the details that matter and they never miss a beat. Whomever washed my car might as have detailed it, the service rep was updated everything in the car for me and I have only had it for 6 months. Definitely recommend. I am new to the world of BMW. Jerry Fortner is AMAZING. I have been buying cars from him since 1999. I followed Jerry to BMW NW. I love the car. The BMW genius folks are too notch. My parts and service experience, although minimal, was a bit cold. All in all, at this point in time, a very good experience.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago for its second service. The car was ready exactly when promised and all concerns were taking care of. And I very much appreciated the much needed car wash. Rich, my service advisor, was great! Courteous and professional. I needed to make an important call while I was there waiting for my car and he let me use one of the empty offices, which was so helpful. Thank you!
