Worst BMW dealership we have ever taken our car to. Went in for a recall and left with a service light on that no one wants to help with or communicate regarding. Drive a little further and visit another dealer.

Warning!! This company is full of their selves! After a horrible experience with them last time my wife said it would never go back I called bmw of Seattle for a quote and thought well.. I call bmw northwest and take care of it myself. $145.00 in seattle $288.00 at bmw northwest for the same exact service. Time to call bmw USA again
