We dropped my husband's M3 off there to be looked at. It wasn't running as smoothly as usual. They kept it for a few days, did some testing, then called us to come pick it up claiming to have fixed the problem. As we were pulling in to the dealership 2 of BMW's employees left in his car. They were driving it in a manner that any BMW car owner would be upset about. And why would they ever need two guys in the car? I have owned several high end automobiles, just purchased my third BMW at BMW Northwest. I live in Bellevue Washington but still take the time and extra effort to buy my cars from this great dealership.
