Been taking my 7 series at Northwest for the past 2 years now. Always had a great experience. Good professional people and very reliable service.
After taking my X5 there the past 5 years for service, my husband and I took the plunge and decided to upgrade and walked out of the dealership as the proud new owners of an X6. I brought my 2012 X5 in for a warranty repair on the diesel exhaust fluid tank. The work was done ahead of schedule and the car was returned in perfect working order. I moved from Colorado last year so I have only had the opportunity to use BMW Northwest twice, once for a routine maintenance service and once for the deactivation of the on board BMW Assistance. On both occasions, making an appointment was very easy and the customer service rep worked with me to get an appointment time that worked for me. I buy a lot of my parts here. They usually have what I need for a decent price. Love all the classic BMWs they bring in and put on display in the showroom. It's a highlight of my experience to look at all those nice cars!
