Communication was great and cost of repair was less than the estimate. Maeve was very helpful throughout the entire process and the vehicle was disinfected when I picked it up

Great customer service. Very friendly and professional. Maeve was excellent, she kept us up to date on the progress they were making on my husbands 1998 Z3. when it was finished we were pleasantly surprised the price was a few hundred dollars less than the original estimate Maeve gave us.

Since it was raining that day , it was nice to drive right into a garage and not get wet. I liked that the doors open automatically and some one is there to greet you. I was greeted by Corey who was very polite and explained what would occur and how long it would take. He call just has he said about 2 hrs to say all was done and highlighted a list of work needed on the car.
