Maveve greeted me with everything ready for the car's tune up. The waiting area was comfortable with plenty of room for social distancing. They completed it on time and it came out freshly cleaned and washed. \ Paul resynced my iPhone. Because we were up able to connect with an online Navigation/Communications owners manual for my 2020 530, Paul found the information elsewhere and emailed me PDF pages from that owners manual

I’ve been very pleased with both the sales and service staffs at BMW of Cape Cod. The straightforward no-nonsense business approach is refreshing. I purchased my first BMW (X3) just as Premier was acquiring the dealership, and my second (X5) about 10 months ago. This was a complimentary pre-trip service visit coordinated by Maeve Maher; Maeve is my hero for resolving a “mystery” oil leak problem with my X3. This appointment was handled expeditiously and the wait was short.
