I was provided superb service. My tight ferry schedule to Hyannis from Nantucket and back was accommodated. A big shout out to Alfred, our Service Advisor!

Five star service all around. Tim Muldoon went above and beyond the call of duty in finding the vehicle we wanted. I cannot say enough great things about him. Richard Harrington in the finance office was outstanding also. This is the second car we have purchased via Tim and will certainly return in the future.

Excellent experience ! Simple and efficient ! I got a call before my car was done so I can manage my time to get there and I was offered a ride back to the dealership! I wish the price for the service was little more reasonable but nothing we can do there. As they say BMW - “ Brake My Wallet”

At the first visit the tech couldn’t hear the noise I was concerned about. At the second visit he could hear the noise when we took a drive together but it’s not covered under the Certified warranty. I told the tech on the test ride that the trunk closer was acting up so he said he’d check it out. Now it doesn’t work at all. I love the brand but I’ll be going elsewhere for service.

Excellent dealership, however did not honor coupon for service sent to me from Corporate BMW. Very disappointing. Not fault of service person, rather quickly disregarded by next in charge, who couldn’t be bothered to come out of his office to speak to me. I have owned 7 BMW’s.!

The scheduling was easy and got an appointment within a week. My Car was immediately taken care of and returned after 90 min, as promised.

A bit expensive I think for oil change and new filters. People were great though checkout person didn’t know who Adrian Hooydonk was. A bit surprising don’t you think? Car was not dry when I received it. Took off one star one quality.
