Service Dept welcomed me and addressed needs promptly. Offered transport bu opted to wait. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Requested and was willingly provided with notary public to sign certain non related to BMW documents. All in all a very pleasant experience

I’ve been so busy at work that I had to cancel and rebook my appointment and inadvertently wrote down the wrong day -showing up a day early for my appointment! The service team handled my screwup without missing a beat and squeezed my car in for service.

great place to buy a new BMW. towards the end of the transactions. the salesman was very unresponsive, emails, text, we didn't even have figures until the day before. Other than that we would buy here again. This is our second vehicle

Excellent buying experience during the pandemic. I did all the research and knew what I wanted. James processed my order and my dream car arrived a month later. Best thing to happen in 2020! The technician did an wonderful job explaining the major updated computer and it’s interactions with the car. I will still have to practice with some of those features. I love my car!

the team at premier bmw took the time to go through my car and not only repair the problem but found a couple other problems and took care of it with no hastle,they gave my wife a new loaner and returned our 750 x drive spotless in excellent running condition also communication was excellent i wont be going anywhere eltse.

While all employees were courteous, the wait was long, and the wrong part ordered. I had to return, for a second time. I was not given a complete explanation for the mistake.

I am a little concerned. I thought the service included checking tire pressure, my tire pressure was low in the right front tire. My “next service “ was not reset. I am not sure if I can reset it. It is a nice feature when I can keep track of my next service. Now I question what was done to my car? I had a similar incident with another dealer only to find out the car was not serviced.
