The service was excellent. I appreciated the fact That the car was both washed and sanitized when I picked it up. Everyone appeared to be very COVID conscious.

Everyone is always so helpful and nice whenever I go there! The service department is always on top of what you need. I also love James Carbonelli (who I purchased the car from). He is over the top knowledgeable about everything on my 430i. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with!

Got the issue corrected . It took 2 visits to get the problem fixed, but so far so good! I’ll need my oil changed next visit.

Great dealership, no pressure. After a extensive search and visiting multiple dealerships Premier was the most enjoyable interaction we had. Timothy Muldoon was our sales person and was great with communication. I would highly recommend this dealership. Very friendly!

Service Dept welcomed me and addressed needs promptly. Offered transport bu opted to wait. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Requested and was willingly provided with notary public to sign certain non related to BMW documents. All in all a very pleasant experience

I’ve been so busy at work that I had to cancel and rebook my appointment and inadvertently wrote down the wrong day -showing up a day early for my appointment! The service team handled my screwup without missing a beat and squeezed my car in for service.

great place to buy a new BMW. towards the end of the transactions. the salesman was very unresponsive, emails, text, we didn't even have figures until the day before. Other than that we would buy here again. This is our second vehicle
