Tim Muldoon was awesome to deal with. I actually drove 128 miles to deal with them and they were great!!! I would make the drive again in a minute. I was really impressed with everyone there!!!

Everyone is always so helpful and nice whenever I go there! The service department is always on top of what you need. I also love James Carbonelli (who I purchased the car from). He is over the top knowledgeable about everything on my 430i. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with!

I had a very bad experience and it not a reflection of BMW. Agent was very rude upon checking. I ask for some bulbs to be change, they totally for got about it, car had to be sent back to change bulb. After getting my car service it’s still saying on the dash car needs to be service. After Servicing my car agent told me I have a check engine light on and I need breaks done, they were just basically pushing me through the door to help the next person instead of finishing everything at one shot. Got the issue corrected . It took 2 visits to get the problem fixed, but so far so good! I’ll need my oil changed next visit.
