This was first visit to BMW of Cape Code following a move from the midwest. I was very pleased with the scheduling and frequent reminders, I waited for the vehicle and Maeve provided regular updates on the completion, overall much better experience than my previous BMW dealer in the Midwest.

Everyone at the Hyannis BMW were great to work with. My salesman Tim was excellent. He worked with me for months with no pressure. He always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. I just returned for my first service and the service department employees were very professional and efficient. I love my 2020 BMW X5.

Ben was easy to work with, answered all my questions, was patient with me as I was anxious about buying the car. Bella, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind. It was a pleasure dealing with BMW of Hyannis.
