Great experience. One other customer not wearing a mask and nobody from dealership spoke to him. Big issue. Don't put cookies out since it forces customers to remove their mask.

I arrived at this dealership without appointment and was greeted with accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I got a great rate with bmw financing, which made the purchase process that much more seamless. Ben Whitney was the sales agent I worked with. Ben responded timely and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I also worked with Nicholas Laham regarding my financing, who delivered a quick and easy turnaround as well. I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the organization, service and cleanliness of the operation. This was my first visit and I look forward to using them in the future. My only “complaint” is that I had to request an update after 2.5 hours of sitting in the lounge. Suggest you check in with customers every 2 hours or so in case they may need to change the game plan.

Great service, conscious of COVID It was easy to schedule, easy to pay, and easy to pick up. Car was clean and drives well. My only complaint is that all of my iDrive settings and all of my radio button settings were wiped out with the software update (recall). It took me an hour to reprogram both keys. Although this may be an issue with BMW USA rather than the dealer.
