Corey I visited on June 24 for an airbag recall and oil/change. Corey was super polite and helpful! The service center had a great place for me to work for a couple of hours while I waited. The staff all wore masks and followed CDC protocols. Thanks for a great visit!

Easy and staff is very helpful Had a great experience purchasing a used BMW. The entire staff was helpful. They were thorough in showing us how to use the car ahead of time and helpful in providing all information necessary to come to a good deal.

Miles and Maeve helped us work through a difficult situation with diligence, thoroughness, and consistent communication. We were disappointed in BMW’s response and did not feel supported and as a result we a questioning our brand loyalty. We contacted Tim Muldoon during the process for his help. Unfortunately he did not help and did not respond back to us when were trying to figure out our options. Ultimately our insurance company came through and covered us.
