Bob was great to work with. Very responsive with any questions we had. Also very good at explaining the process and what to expect before, during, and after selling our home and purchasing our new one. His calm and professional demeanor made what can be a stressful process quiet easy. I would feel very comfortable referring friends and family to Bob and would use him again in the future.

Bob was excellent and made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. His team was equally helpful and responsive and they were always on the same page. Bob would always answer when we called. The entire team at RMS seemed to be working in sync and towards the common goal of getting us a loan. The portal was easy to use and made us feel secure. Great experience all around!

Bob was great. Can't thank him & others enough for helping me buy a condo. Was doubtful at first but things did fall in place just in time otherwise I would not be writing this review from my new place which is better than I expected but I still miss NH. I did not want to move to here Massachusetts but this is probably the best I could do & it is quite comfortable. Thanks Bob.
