Bob helped me through the mortgage process with kindness and care. He was thorough and answered all of my many questions with a smile on his face. This was the first time I was getting a mortgage on my own and I was much less nervous working with Bob. He made everything go so smoothly and if I was worried about something Bob would calm me down and let me know it was all right. I was so happy to have bought my dream home!

Bob made the the entire process so easy that we thought it was too good to be true. He took extra steps to ensure there was very little stress for us, and was excellent at communicating everything. He even went out of his way to make sure certain details were correct while away on a personal trip.
