I first met Bob during my friend’s home purchase and I was really impressed of his professionalism and down to earth attitude. He was so prompt, precise, detail oriented and get things done quickly and efficiently in super fast response time which is a rare quality. Later, whenever I needed a pre approval he was the first name I remember. I never blocked his emails because I knew he was the only person I wanted to do my closing when the time comes.
