I bought a car from them years ago and continue to receive harassing phone calls even after REPEATEDLY asking to be removed from the call list and letting them know I no longer (for years)own the car and don't live in the area. If you buy from them, be prepared for harassment!!
RecommendedBob Tyler owes my mother in law money for taking care of his mother. He has been hiding from being served for her small claims court lawsuit. He put his mom in a home and hasn't been to visit her. I don't think I would want to buy a car from somebody like that.
I've been getting calls on my cell phone from people telling me my 2012 Highlander warranty is up. I NEVER give out my cell and Bob Tyler is the only one who had to have it for me to make that vehicle purchase. I posted here as a post to ask if they knew anything or if they sold my cell number and the post got deleted. I asked the telemarketers to STOP calling and they keep calling. This is an invasion of privacy.
What you did to Susan Crawford is a crime. You can fix it . Let's see how you make this right . Personally, I think anyone who defrauds senior citizens show go to jail.
Personally I love toyotas but when a salesman says a warranty comes with the car and fails to say you are being charged is wrong!! When a pushy salesman talks an elderly lady into buying a car that she doesn't really want and less than 24 hrs later devalues the same car by 6 thousands dollars is wrong no matter how you look at it!!!
Scamming the elderly is never good for business! Be wary of this dealership!
