Horrible. Was lied to. I bought a 2016 Prius Eco and I found out it doesn't come with a spare tire and I was told to come in they would help me out NOT..At first the sales manager was nice and was going to give us a spare tire but it would not fit. They wanted to sell me another but wouldn't even give me what I owed for the car. Wanted to give me 2000 less. Oh hell no. My husband was furious, they were trying to take me. I had a bad experience with Bob Tyler Toyota in P'cola FL yesterday. I use to have high regards for their service department. I bought a 2014 RAV 4 from Bob Tyler in Januaury of this year 2016. It was a certified SUV. My dash clock illuminates sometimes but most often is totally black. I took the SUV in last Friday for them to chk it out. They said it was covered under warranty and would have to order clock. So I had to return yesterday to have new clock installed. So I made two trips to P'cola for warranty work. I ask... read more
My Sales Rep (Koray) was great; attentive, not pushy. He worked hard with me to find the right fit. However, the reason for such a low rating is that the finance department was shaky at best. We submitted the app on a Saturday, and did not get an answer (decline) until Tuesday afternoon. Just for the record, my credit record is "average" a few hits, but overall in good standing. The problem being "not enough credit" I cam to find out elsewhere. I lost a few really great deals elsewhere waiting for an answer from this place. ... read more

Bob tyler Toyota is getting a lot of flack for selling a car to and mentally challenged individual. when his brother (his POA) tried to reverse the wrong they refused to cooperate.. I don't even know these people and I think I will not ever come to your lot.. thinking maybe u should fix this.
Worse service dept I have ever dealt with. I just bought my brand new Tacoma in December and got a nail in the tire. I was told in finance that its covered for 1 year or 12,000 miles without the extra tire coverage. So I called the dealership because it was time for my oil change anyway and asked the girl that was scheduling if road hazard was covered without the extra insurance for the 1st year because I would need a new tire it could not be patched and she assured me that it was covered for the 1st year.
