Super disappointed today. Husband wanted to look at a couple trucks today and no one seemed to be interested in helping us. Just lost our business.
This dealership took advantage of my mother, selling her a car she told them she hated. If you have an 83 year old mother do not let her go to this dealer on their own. All they see is $$$$$ STAY CLEAR
Worst dealership on the planet! Mr. Tyler, you should be ashamed of the way your salespeople conduct business. Calling to tell me my vehicle is in and then call back and tell me its not. Not once but twice. Start paperwork to lease only to find out the vehicle was sold, and yet someone else is test driving it. Quoted a price and then have it magically increase. Went to Bob Tyler Toyota today and the experience was horrible. Went in to look at a Camry and when I walked in two salespeople walked past and said they were "too busy" to help me. Finally, a guy named Brandon came out to help me. He introduced himself then took me to a room with the lights off. That was weird. Then he asked what kind of car I wanted and disappeared for 21 minutes. No offer of a drink, snack, and no one came to check on me. I bought a car from them years ago and continue to receive harassing phone calls even after REPEATEDLY asking to be removed from the call list and letting them know I no longer (for years)own the car and don't live in the area. If you buy from them, be prepared for harassment!!
Bob Tyler owes my mother in law money for taking care of his mother. He has been hiding from being served for her small claims court lawsuit. He put his mom in a home and hasn't been to visit her. I don't think I would want to buy a car from somebody like that.
I've been getting calls on my cell phone from people telling me my 2012 Highlander warranty is up. I NEVER give out my cell and Bob Tyler is the only one who had to have it for me to make that vehicle purchase. I posted here as a post to ask if they knew anything or if they sold my cell number and the post got deleted. I asked the telemarketers to STOP calling and they keep calling. This is an invasion of privacy.
